Deadlift training and some southern grit.


Deadlift - worked up to 450x3
Leg Press - 5 sets of 12 reps
GM - 3 sets of 12, 1 set of 24

Training is going well - one thing I've learned is that if you really want to push the assistance volume, you have to learn to take something out, namely don't kill yourself on the main lift (and vice versa). This is programming 100 (don't even get credit for this).

Also, this band below is amazing - southern sweet tea makes their blood write amazing songs and riffs. True, dirty music...
