This past weekend two major world records were broken in a very big way.

The first record fell during the World Deadlift Championships taking place at Europe's Strongest Man in Leeds, England.

You just watched Eddie Hall smash 463kg or approximately 1,020 freedom units. That is the heaviest straight bar deadlift seen in the sport of strongman during competition.

We also saw the 275 squat with wraps record fall this weekend. Eric Lilliebridge squatted an incredible 1,003lbs totaling 2,403 which was a world record for the 275 class as well.
