During the weekend of April 13th-14th, it doesn't matter if you're a professional or amateur powerlifter. It does, however, matter that you're not a male lifter, should you be competing in the 2019 APF Cincinnati Woman's Pro-Am meet at the Crossfit Conjugate in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Think you qualify as a pro? If you meet these numbers, you can register and participate in the meet as a pro:

Good to go with these numbers? Register for the event. Pros weigh in from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th. The event itself will be on the following day, Sunday, April 14th. The rules briefing will be at 8 a.m. and lifting starts at 9 a.m.

If you fail to meet the pro qualifying totals, don't sweat it. Register anyway. Saturday, April 13th, is your day to shine. Show up at 8 a.m. for the rules briefing and start lifting at 9 a.m. Weigh-ins will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, April 12th.

Both pro and amateur events will be at the Crossfit Conjugate.

All weigh-ins will be at Sweatt Shop Personal Training, which is across the street from the meet site.
