So I'm 10 days out from the Pan-American Championships, and couldn't be more excited. Everything is going as planned (training, weight, energy, mentality), and I'm gearing up to compete in my first international meet as an Open 72kg lifter. While placing well is clearly a top priority (so as to score well for the U.S. team), what's been keeping me sane is focusing on the progress I've made as a lifter. Over this training cycle, my technique has improved, my body is feeling and moving better due to being more deliberate with self care, and my mental game is stronger than ever.

Love the sport, trust the process, and put in work-- the rest seems to always work itself out.
