Mentally been out of it. To much stress with working and worrying about how the heck I'm gonna make it.

So I blocked it out and biked 10 miles in 40 minutes. Felt great to focus and push hard with thinking about life for 40 whole minutes.

Yes not typical or helpful to strength training but it was worth every mile to keep going.

Mental preparedness is such a huge part of lifting heavy weights or me, I can not be 50 % there . It's all or in or not at all.
