I'm currently in the early stages of preparing for 2016 USS Strongman Nationals which will be held on June 11th, 2016. My training focus is to continue to get stronger overall, continue adding some size and start working in strongman events again. I'm working with teammate Mike Mastell on my programming.
Today felt good. The weights didn't necessarily feel light, but I felt strong and fast on each rep. I'm really happy with how I feel sitting 10 weeks out from Nationals. I have no doubt I'll be bringing my best to Louisville in June. I'll be bigger, stronger, faster, and more conditioned than any previous competitions. I like all of the events and I'm pretty good at all of them. I'm really excited to get back out and compete at a high level again.
