Deadlift night.
This is really a posterior chain day but it hasn't quite evolved yet. I'm slowly building capacity. I would like to do about 6 exercises on this night but I'm at 4 now. I'm taking my time as I don't have a meet in the works until at least April. This is my first no squatting week.
Romanian deadlift. I'm doing a stiff leg off a 4 inch block and then doing my reps.

Glute ham raise
3 sets of 10
face pulls
3 sets of 10
concentration curls
2 sets of 10 with 45s
Hex holds
30s for 2 sets of 20 seconds
done.
In a few weeks I will also be doing hex bar shrugs and good mornings with my elitefts yoke bar on this night. I need to get a hex bar first and then be able to handle that volume with out breaking each week. Soon......
