John and I wanted to go a little heavy tonight. We wanted a heavy double at the end.

Bench. Thumbs out close grip with feet up

135 for 10 2 sets
225 for 5
315 for 3
405 for 2
450 for 2

Close grip incline

We decided to max out on these. We used a close grip and pause. I wanted 405

135 for 3
225 for 2
315 for 2
405 for a bad miss. Like a WTF miss.  Not as strong as I think.

Strict db exts

65s for 10
70s for 10

Flys with a long stretch and pause in the bottom

35s for 2 sets of 10

Super set with

Continuous tension push downs

For 2 sets of 10

Db front raise

25s for 2 sets of 15

Another good workout. I am in a good mode of solid work but not destroying myself either. All is well.
