Lat pulldowns
Close grip mag grip.
I did these for four sets of twelve as well.
Seated low rows with wide grip mag grip
These were done for four sets of twelve.
I used some lat pulldown plate loaded thingy and did some off the wall single arm variation, you guessed it for four sets of twelve.
Face Pulls
four sets of twelve with a rope squeezing at the "lockout" and holding for a second slowly releasing into the extended portion of the rep.
