Tuesday has become my fix shit that sucks day.

Back work
Triceps
Biceps, yeah that's right trying to build the cannons. Not for the show but for go, well stop, I'm thinking a bigger arm give me more of a bottom while benching.
This day will be my wild card leading into the Arnold; if I'm sore, I'll use it as an active recovery day, if I'm feeling good I'll go hard and everything in between.
