Almost 2 weeks post worlds and my body still hurts. I have done some kettlebells but have avoided the bars until tonight. Feels good to be back under the bars but everything felt heavy as hell.

Ok, Paul was sweating, Paul is a powerlifter wanting to incorporate kettlebell into his routine. There is such a great carry over with bells and powerlifting, I love the duo.

It was an ok night back at it, I still have a week to decide if I'm lifting at the Arnold's. If I am Dec 1st I will start a 12 week program again and get back at it hard and heavy.
