I'm currently preparing for the 2016 USS Strongman Nationals which will be held on June 11th, 2016. My training focus is to continue to get stronger and prepare and peak for the events at Nationals. I'm working with  Mike Mastell on my nutrition and programming.

Things felt really good on this day overall. I did have an old low back injury that seemed to want to flare up a little bit. I was just smart and knew when to shut it down. I've worked around it long enough I'm able to keep push, but not push too much and reinjure it.
