It's that time of year, everyone wants to know what your resolutions are... Well, I don't make resolutions. I'm constantly thinking about what I can do better in training, nutrition, relationships, school, etc. I make an effort to try to improve daily because if I want to be my best, I need to treat every day as an opportunity to be better.
With that being said, a new year is an opportunity to look back at what you accomplished, or maybe what you didn't. I was really happy to have PRd my total, but not as happy with my ranking. I got good marks in school, but my sleep sucked. I got married and moved to Florida, but lost friends this year. There are always highs and lows, chaos and order, but I always try to learn from the lows and the chaos.

Here are a few goals for 2019

  • Compete in the 123lb class
  • PR my total
  • Maintain my GPA
  • Top 10 ranking
