Weighed myself this morning just for fun.  I have switched my scale time to 5pm to account for the 12pm weigh in time.  Who cares if I weigh 264.5 in the am.  I need to weigh 264.5 or less after 2 meals and ample fluids. BUT!!!!! I weighed myself this morning just for fun. I was happy to see 264.  I haven't even made any carb changes yet.  I may be able to keep carbs in all the way up to meet day. That will be a welcome idea.   Hopefully I stay the course.
