I'm currently preparing for the 2016 USS Strongman Nationals which will be held on June 11th, 2016. My training focus is to continue to get stronger and prepare and peak for the events at Nationals. I'm working with teammate Mike Mastell on my nutrition and programming.

This week my deadlift suit felt great. I took my time putting it on and warming up and got my groove set early on. I also cranked the straps down a bit tighter this week. The block pulls felt great. The felt strong, fast and consistent. They actually felt stupid light compared to how I expected them to feel.

Front squats felt great too. I accidently loaded too much on the first set, but it happens. Just putting in the work and staying healthy at this point.
