First week back to training-- things felt "off" due to having just competed, traveling internationally, and not having lifted for ~5 days. Given the various factors-- I still hit close to the numbers I was supposed to. It's been a bit more difficult than I anticipated, getting back into competition mindset right after having competed, but it is what it is-- gotta roll with the punches!
