Felt great to squat again. Although after the first set I could feel my muscles burning already. The Pendlay's are great. 3/4" heel, so not too tall. And wider than most other weightlifting shoes so my fat feet could spread out.

I had Dani watch these and she noticed some imbalance still, which we're working to correct. Even as she explained how and what she saw over the phone, I'm just blind to it. Likely because I've been watching myself squat that way for so long.
The issue, in short, is I have an anterior pelvic tilt (tilted forward and down toward the floor) and a slight rotation to the right. So both separately stress the hamstrings, but together the left becomes an issue, obviously.
