So I just competed at Pan-Am's (still updating log in regards to my time in Brazil!), and lucky for me-- I'm gonna ride the adrenaline rush of competing right on into my next meet! I don't normally do meets this close together, but I wasn't going to pass on the opportunity to compete at Pan-Am's...and I'm also not going to miss National's which is right after. I'm really looking forward to putting up my best numbers yet at Nationals, and then having a nice break between meets [nothing till the Arnold in February/March]. Despite the quick turn around time, we were able to learn a few things from the Pan-Ams that we can incorporate into this short training cycle leading into Nats.
