Back in Boston from TX! Readjusting to the racks/benches here, but overall it was a great first day back. I really liked the bench at Metroflex in TX, and my bench seemed to really benefit from the lower/competition height bench. I never noticed that the benches at my gym in Boston are a bit higher, so I think I'm going to start benching with plates or something under my feet. Bench was just really clicking with the low bench back in TX, so I figure it's worth a shot.
