Drove to London to train this weekend, just like every Saturday, we squatted. As I've said before, it's well worth the one hour drive each way to train with the group I do and receive coaching from guys like Dave and Ted Toalston.
I'm competing again in September, which will be my first full power meet in a year, so I'm hoping to hit a big squat PR.

Warmup: 3x15 light Reverse Hyper
3x15 light standing abs
10 min foam rolling

Squats - Straight bar (60 lbs)
barx10
1 plate x5
2 plates x5
3 plates x3
3plates, quarter x3
4 plates x 2
4 plates, quarter x 2
5 plates x1
5 plates, quarter x 1
6 plates x 1 (600 lbs)

I felt really good, it was a big help to have Ted, who's a great training partner and coach, constantly in my ear. I'm working on making sure my back and lats are tighter as I un-rack the weight. I had a issue with the 560 and Ted called for a re rack because I was a little wobbly as I unracked it.

Accessory Work:
4x10 Glute Ham Raise
4x10 reverse hyper
