I was surprised at how well this moved and how much my technique has improved since getting back to squatting. I'm grateful, in all honesty. Sometimes you don't appreciate how good it feels to not only train but to improve, until that is taken away from you. I've had some tough lessons in that over recent years and it's made me a better lifter and a better person.
Belt squat- just crushing volume, bitches.
Fatbell swings- all for the glutes.
Good mornings, leaning over the GHR, using a SSB- stolen from Blane Sumner, great for erectors and erections.
Backwards sled- I used to hate these because I wasn't willing to put in the work to get over the hump of "fuck these things are hard."
