Headed to the dreaded commercial gym today, I had an earlier client so no matter how I scheduled my workout it would have been without the rest of the NBS Powerlifting Team. I even had to skip some movements just so I could get to my client on time. Now this sounds like an excuse, and maybe it is, but I was not about to lose sleep over a few exercises.

I only had to make one modification  to the workout which was swapping out a grenade ball for a rope attachment on tricep extensions. I had my own media crew taking pictures throughout the whole workout which ended up being selfies and I was caught in the background of them, my girlfriend is a selfie queen.

I am not a huge fan of this training day but after it is over I am always more appreciative due to my recurring arm pain that comes every cycle during meet prep. This phase allows me to get a lot of work out of my biceps and triceps with zero pain.
