Today was rolling smoothly (as usual) and about an hour before training I started feeling a little funky, kind of like I was rocking on a ship. I cam to my own personal conclusion that it was due to lack of caffeine. I still felt slightly off after getting my fix but that really doesn't matter, what mattered is I would be squatting and having the most amount of weight on my back (competition style) since the XPC finals and I was nervous (for no reason).

Warming up went well, I was able to get into the head of another member and amp him up to hit a 50lb gym PR compared to his last meet which is always exciting.  This started my training off well with a good mindset. all my attempts even with the bar felt good and I got a little nervous on my last set of three but everything turned out ok, shifted a little bit in the whole but easily worked though it and 2 out of 3 were good depth.

Getting ready for my last set I could not get the butterflies away which is actually a good thing, I have not had this much motivation since the meet so I was in a good place. After un-racking the weight all I could think of was hearing teammates from elite talk to me about settling the bar. This has helped me tremendously these past few weeks. The squat was smooth but I think I can do better on depth, it was border line, I had no one strictly watching it so I cannot make a call 100%.

the rest of this training session was of me dying and talking pics of all my other teammates laid out on the floor from David Allens program. I am still thinking about having my middle finger up to him as I type this with my legs cramping. You can see all the carnage on my FB page!
