Bro day was very uneventful. OH press numbers were definitely to low as my single for this week was really easy. I will bump it up 10 lbs as a pose to five pounds during our next cycle of 5/3/1.
My arms are still pumped and smoked today (partially cause my eating and recovery were crap last night).
I will be traveling to Wisconsin this week so the next few training sessions I will be a guest at a training facility in Wisconsin. They house EliteFTS products so I am excited and being welcomed to come train, stay tuned!
