I jumped back into flat shoes for this training session and HOLY COW that shit felt A LOT better. Unfortunately I still could not get to a depth where I leave no questions in a judges mind. I foresee this being an ongoing progression and problem I will probably need to reach out to some teammates for help.
I was having a mental breakdown today and could not calculate my weights properly and did roughly 2 extra sets, just being an idiot as usually, lol. Although depth was slightly high I felt the weight moved really well for it being singles week and this being the most weight on my back since the XPC finals.
Training ended with calves... again... I think our coach is doing this because he feels his calves are small so he programs them for everyone else.
