12 Weeks from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic

This session was 5x5 on Good Mornings and I'm finally making some progress on these. When I began I struggled with 225lbs, and this week I finished with 290lbs. Still a lot of work to do but rotating in good morning reps in between max effort weeks seems to be helping with my back/hamstring strength and stability as well.

A. Standing Ab Pull-Down Warmup w/ Band - 4x20

B. Wide Stance SSB Good Mornings - 5x5

3x5 w/ 260lbs

2x5 w/ 290lbs (rep PR)

C. Close Stance SSB Squats - 3x10 w/ 150lbs

I've been doing these slow and controlled with a light knee wrap around my upper legs to work on building some better close stance stability with my adductors (which have been injury prone for a while)

D. Pin Pulls (pin 2) - 3x8 w/ 315lbs

E. Standing Ab Pull-Down (heavy) - 3x10
