3 Cleans 3 Squats 3 Presses

4 Cleans 4 Squats 4 Presses

5 Cleans 5 Squats 5 Presses

If you have never tried progressions you should, they will finish you off for sure ! Great as a finisher or as a session on their own, try a few rounds !

If you are short on time and want the best bang for you buck, then kettlebells are the tool for you !
