The main focus is speed, really concentrate on exploding through the weights, this is the last time I will touch a bar until July 22nd in Iowa.
My overall thoughts about peaking are this: I've never felt better all my lifts (SBD) are up at the same time- a rarity for me leading up to a meet. Now all I have to do is put it on the platform where it counts.
