Interesting Training Session in that Deadlift (usually my "money" lift) was feeling ok, but not great-- and Bench (my... not so "money" lift) has been feeling great/really clicking lately. I think the main reason DL has been feeling off is that my hips are still super glued/tight, and I'm having trouble engaging my glutes like I normally do/can. So-- there's something to keep working on. But good news is, my bench is finally starting to feel like a bench! I think I've finally found a technique that feels natural and efficient.
