There's always room for improvement. I can pick apart this squat. But, I brought it today- confidence and mind present. That's something to celebrate and appreciate.
I'm really proud of myself for not psyching out or getting frustrated when warm-ups don't feel great or when anything feels off. You assess, adjust then execute. If I can just approach deadlifts and bench with that same mentality. Progress.

110 x 5, 150 x 3, 180 x 3, 200 x 2, 240 x 1 (start using knee wraps)
singled my way up to 340lbs.
Pause squats 150lbs - 3 x 3
seated good mornings 3x20 (just the bar) - I also utilize this movement to work on bracing.
GHRs - 3 x 10
Leg press (close stance) - 3 x 10
Leg extensions ss with leg curls - 3 x10 (no rest)
