I picked an arbitrary number to start- 3 plates- assuming I could move it 'fast.' I did, so today was good. I'll add 30# next week, and 30# the week after.

I moved on to the regularly scheduled incline work and hit a solid 405x3x3.

DB bench has finally come back with an easy 2x20 at 124# using the Fatbells.

Chest supported row and lying triceps ext using the fatbells. I will throw in some band pull aparts tomorrow- it was 10pm by the time I finished this training session and it didn't need to drag on any longer.
