I liked the RDL's using the belt squat and a lat pull down attachment. I may throw these in as a heavier assistance movement going forward.

Some quick KB swings and stiff leg deads and that was it for the day. Got my heart rate up and blood flowing.

I did this because Saturday's squats felt heavy AF. I always think big picture- my deadlifts are ahead of schedule. My squats are not. So I sacrificed a deadlift day to stay on track with squats. Oversimplified version of auto regulation.
