I was a little bit inconsistent with my speed so I hit a few extra sets to punish myself. I haven't done board work in ages so I thought this was a good move- I kept the bands on and my last rep of the last set was right to fatigue.

I moved on to incline and my left pec didn't feel right so I shut it down there. Always have to think risk vs. reward.

DB bench felt like shit but I pushed through. Everything else was business as usual.
