Instead of upping the weight from last week, I went with some chains. I will likely add more chains next week, but TBD. I liked my technique on these. Not at all perfect, but much better.

Meat and potatoes...

Close stance belt squat to crush the quads.

Fatbell swings for the glutes.

GHR GM, again, for the erectors.

Backwards sled- going a little heavier.
