A couple notes:

I know my bands have slack in the bottom- I only want them to kick in at lockout forcing me to be cognizant of positioning and squeezing my glutes through lockout.

I threw chains on for this one- no real purpose other than I haven't done it before and I want to experiment. I may work up to 4 and 6 chains the following weeks. I will increase the intensity so I'll likely have to drop the volume, or at least move to singles the final week.

Assistance work as usual- targeting low back, glutes, hamstrings
