After a strong deadlift session last week, I think my eyes were a little bigger than my stomach this week. 700x3 moved really well. Technique was better. I still need some work in arching through my mid back and getting my head up and back sooner. I thought I would go 700x3x3.  Lost my grip on #3 of second set. And just shit the bed on the third set- gassed. Lesson learned. Don't be hard headed.

Stiff leg deficit deads- I've never come close to 585 let alone for 6, so big win today.

GHR for some volume on the hamstrings- I'll cycle through slow eccentrics, weighted, and high reps.

Lat pull down with a 10 second iso- train the lats like they'll be used in the big three, isometrically.
