I'm currently preparing for the 2016 USS Strongman Nationals which will be held on June 11th, 2016. My training focus is to continue to get stronger and prepare and peak for the events at Nationals. I'm working with teammate Mike Mastell on my nutrition and programming.
Nothing too exciting here, just putting the work and volume. I will say I'm really happy with my "Meadows Row" handle I bought from here on Elitefts a few weeks back. It's so much better for the Meadows row, Suitcase rows, etc. than just using the barbell end. I don't have to use straps like I do with the bar. The ROM feels better. I can handle heavier weights while still keeping my form strict. All in all I'm very happy with it. I'd highly recommend picking one up.
