The day after hosting our first powerlifting meet, I had to get some squats in. The meet went well despite it being an outdoor meet on one of the hottest days in recent memory in Pittsburgh.

My elbows and wrists have been feeling like shit recently. I opted for the SSB today as a result. I worked up to 500x2 with blue bands and 3 chains (around 800# at the top). That was the planned number using a straight bar for that week, so this was a win.
Front squats are a bitch...or I'm a bitch. Belt squat working on snapping my hips through. And GHR's for some blood flow to the hammies after not hitting them the previous deadlift session.
