First week of straight weight. I worked up to a smooth 750. It was a little slower than I wanted, but my technique has improved tremendously.

I did a drop set of 595 for 2x2 working on speed and technique. Then front rack holds to learn how to brace properly. (Not the crossfit front rack, basically a front squat hold. Ain't nobody got the flexibility for that.)
