I felt like a bag of assholes going into this training session. My pec is tight- I put off massage therapy for one week too long. I hit the bare minimum of what I had programmed. It moved really slow which would be the opposite of the goal of the 'circa-max' I just went through. Hopefully next session shows some different results.
Close grip felt good. I touch the board and keep tension instead of dumping it to the board. It helps me maintain tension in my triceps.
I crushed bodyweight dips like it was my job.
Slow eccentric rows and face pulls for the back thickness.
