I'm really happy with my technique and strength at this point in the training cycle. My initial rep is a hair slower than I'd like, but I've picked up the ability to grind a bit.

I was all horsepower for awhile- meaning all speed. I had no ability to grind. I've shifted my 'ability,' giving up a little speed but gaining the ability to grind through heavier weights. I think to be the best you can be, you have to teeter that line of absolute speed vs controlled power, if that makes sense.

The only bad of today- my slingshot set was shit. I was loose and got sloppy with it, missing the third rep.
