My technique is better. It still needs a lot of work, but today was a step in the right direction. I was able to work through three singles with 750. The first of the three didn't record, but felt the best or at least the freshest. I'm too slow, which is frustrating. It's typically my strong point, but it gives me something to consider in the offseason and during next meet prep.

I need to get my head and eyes up sooner, like throwing my back and head against the "wall" behind me. You can see on the third rep how it compromises me at lock out. That will make a big difference with a 100% attempt.
