worked up to 415 and cut it, left pec tight
Fatbell incline 4x20
Lying tricep ext 4x15-20
Chest sup row 3x15

 

I felt like a bag of dicks today. 3 plates felt heavy. 415 moved funny and my pec was giving me some weird feels. The way I look at these situations- if I don't bench leading up to the meet, I can still bench 500+. If I pushed it today and hurt myself, then maybe I wouldn't be worth a shit at the meet. Simple risk/reward decision.
