Today was a strong deadlift session to finish up my 'circa-max' style training (again- a bastardized version of that). 585 moved well for a triple, so I took a planned single at 635 and it was the perfect weight. Came up with good speed but as the accommodating resistance kicked in it forced me to grind hard and it was a perfect rep. Previously I would have fought this and become impatient but today I just squeezed hard and locked it out smoothly. Progress.
Short and sweet with the assistance work today.
