I'm currently preparing for the 2016 USS Strongman Nationals which will be held on June 11th, 2016. My training focus is to continue to get stronger and prepare and peak for the events at Nationals. I'm working with teammate Mike Mastell on my nutrition and programming.
So last week we got a big piece of some heavy pipe to mess with and try to simulate the fingal fingers event. I quickly found out this pipe is freaking heavy. I have a feeling the fingers at Nationals will be lighter than this, but it's still better than nothing. The conan's felt good and I'm happy with how it's feeling/progressing. I also felt really good on stones. I'm happy with were I'm at right now. I'm ready to see everything come together over the next 8 weeks. I'll be ready.
