I'm currently preparing for the 2016 USS Strongman Nationals which will be held on June 11th, 2016. My training focus is to continue to get stronger and prepare and peak for the events at Nationals. I'm working with teammate Mike Mastell on my nutrition and programming.

My goal was 12 reps with the log today, but I came up short with just 11. However, 11 was a PR and I'm steadily improving on what's already my strongest event. So I'm pleased with were I'm at right now. Everything else went good, the shoulder felt a little beat up after log - but 10 minutes with a lacrosse ball and it was feeling pretty good again.
