I am currently in an "off-season" phase focused on putting on some serious bodyweight while still getting stronger. I'm also raising an awesome infant boy, while still working, training and living life. My next competition will be the USS National Championship in late June where I'll be competing in the 220# class.

I've been back to events for a few weeks now and things are going good. I'm also mixing my event work up a little bit and having some fun since I'm not training specifically for any contest. Weight gain is still going well and I'm sitting at 210.8 at the moment. Still looking to keep pushing towards that 220 mark though.

I've hit the point on most days where my calories are a pain to get in. I have started mixing 8 oz. flavored liquid egg whites (chocolate caramel) with 8 oz. milk and 2 scoops of whey. These really help me up my protein intake as I find that the hardest to get in. It has 82g of protein,  20g of carbs and  9g of fat with  493 calories.
