My 'opener' moved slow. I felt good before warming up, then quickly realized how beat up I am. And really, that's a good thing at this point in the training cycle. I was almost worried that I was feeling too good this close to the meet.

I would normally use a slingshot for those overload sets, but I have poison ivy all over my elbow. So I moved the whole set up over to the power rack and improvised with some reverse bands that took off about 60lbs in the bottom of the lift.

Everything else was for the pump.
