3 weeks out is almost always my last heavy deadlift, and usually my last deadlift of the whole training cycle. This one didn't go so well. From 700 on my technique just fell apart. I missed 800 at the top, falling backwards. It's a good sign, but hell a good lift is what we came for.

After this meet I'll need to step back and fix a few things. I'm looking forward to it because I know I have a lot more in me. It's a matter of putting myself in the position to take advantage of that.
