Went to the gym today to help john. I had no real intentions of doing anything other then seeing how sore I still was. The answer is.............very, extremely, and WTF!!!!!

My legs and hips are not feeling great.  I did some light pulls and coached John to some fast pulls in the 90% range.

Dealifts.  I did each weight sumo and conventional.

I need to decide if I am training next week or taking another week off.  Ill decide Tuesday based on how my legs feel when I'm warming up for squats
